Are you connected with the arts in palliative care? Are you an artist, project lead, program coordinator, or health professional who interacts with patients using the arts in palliative care?

I’d like to invite you to participate in a survey being conducted through Ulster University and the University of Florida Center for Arts in Medicine, which aims to map the range of arts practices with patients in palliative care internationally.
